Great place . One of not too many no bullshit dealerships. The price vehicle was listed with nice deal did not change. $550 documentation fee ,taxes and that is all No hidden fees ,that was great surprise as we went to a few dealerships in North Jersey-and they were all scammers-trying to hit you with about $3000 -$5000 in hidden fees for some magical service ,delivery fees ,idiotic warranty’s … Winner ford was honest and straight forward, Rico and Alex were great,as the rest of Winner Ford crew ! If I buy another car i will know where to go ! .

Edit: issue resolved by the dealership. The normal battery is not sufficient for the regenerative braking SUV hybrids. Recommend upgrading to a AGM.

On 03/03/26, I had my '17 Explorer in due to overheating. Jason in the service department was extremely helpful from start to finish, including seamless execution working with the warranty claim. Absolutely blown away by the experience, I was in and out with my new KIA Optima in a few hours. We had an excellent experience at Winner Ford thanks to Rick. He was so patient and friendly and made the process go way smoother than we expected. He ended up staying two hours past his scheduled work time to complete the sale, but he never made us feel rushed and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. We purchased a pre-owned Ford Explorer and are so happy with it. We definitely recommend Winner Ford if you are looking for a dealership and ask for Rick. Trust me you won’t be sorry!

Easiest car buying experience. Kevin was the best salesman very pleasant and helpful.
Went in for a selected used truck that was advertised. We were introduced to their sales rep Mike. We discussed what we were looking for and what we were trading in. We settled on a price. Everything was fully explained by Mike as far as the contract. I mentioned my concern about a paint imperfection on the tailgate. This was resolved before we ever picked up the truck. Overall it was a great experience. A big “thumbs up” to their entire team.
The service team at Winner Ford in Cherry Hill is excellent. They were very informative, professional and patient in explaining what the findings were regarding my vehicle. This was the first time I used Winner Ford for service. A check engine light was on in my daughter's 2019 Ford Fusion and I usually have the maintenance done a my local Ford dealer (2 hours away). Instead I took the car to Winner and was Extremely happy with the service I received.
The processes was easy, I scheduled on line, drove in and had a service advisor greet me and not only explain what needed to be done as well as the cost. The vehicle was checked and fixed in a timely manner.
